Job Responsibility:

Support the HR Team with day-to-day queries and operations
Provide accurate advice on HR policies, addressing issues like disciplinary matters, sickness, and parental rights
Complete Pension and Payroll administration
Analyse employee statistics to enhance engagement and retention
Maintain up-to-date HR data and assist with legal ER issues when necessary
Lead or support disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring compliance with best practises
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including training and development needs
Champion mental health initiatives and promote equal opportunities
Stay updated on legislation and best practises, conducting workshops to foster a learning culture
Uphold GDPR responsibilities within the HR Department

Requirements:

CPP or CIPD Qualification (desirable)
Generalist HR experience (essential)
Solid understanding of HR policies and employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills
Flexible approach to meet business needs
Experienced in using Employment Hero Software - Desirable
