We are looking for a new team member to join our Brno HR team! Our activities encompass the care and support of current employees, their managers as well as new hires. This role is ideal for someone looking for their first role in HR & Office Administration, and as such applicants from all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with paperwork related to onboarding, training newcomers and supporting current employees
  • Handling Administrative tasks around Employee Benefits and Employment Lifecycle
  • Updating and maintaining records in the HR system and preparing minor personnel reports
  • Providing support and information to employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and other matters
  • Communication and coordination office-related activities with local suppliers
  • Overseeing bookkeeping tasks and End of Month process, making sure supplier invoices are paid and receipts are organised
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects as and when required, such as organising corporate events or assisting with distribution of documents during yearly employee tax returns
  • Assisting with minor tasks around the Brno office, such as refilling the fridge, ordering IT equipment or collecting post
  • Manage Visitor process
  • Be on site rep for Facilities for any maintenance /contractor visits required
  • Fire Marshall /First Aider
  • Setting up office for any events, H&S checks, if they require any consumables

Requirements

  • Secondary or university education
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak language
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) written and verbal communication skills
  • Interested in employment legislation and HR discipline
  • Collaborative team player with pro-active approach and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and authenticity
  • Able to juggle priorities and work on multiple projects while providing consistent feedback loop
  • Excellent organisational skills, diligent and can work with sensitive information
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Passionate about ongoing education in the HR field
