This role acts as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding mobility, ensuring accurate guidance and administration of HR tasks. You will collaborate with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers while managing cases through systems and tools.
Job Responsibility:
Executes HR administration activities
Manages and operates the assigned global mobility related administration processes: Validating initiations, Creating and checking mobility packages and calculations, Initiating external vendors and internal teams, System maintenance
Contributes to the creation of online and e-mail HR administration services.
Requirements:
Possess basic knowledge of HR systems and processes, including mobility
Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English (intermediate level)
Exhibit cross-cultural sensitivity and business awareness.
