We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide remote advisory support on HR policies and processes via Web chat and email. Acting as the primary contact for employees and managers, you will interface with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers. This role involves day-to-day HR administration, case management, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries using HR systems and tools.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver HR advice and transactional services to employees and managers based on established policies and processes
Register and manage queries using case management tools, escalating where necessary
Ensure consistent and timely resolution of queries in line with service level agreements
Be responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding)
Work with the appropriate systems and processes (SuccessFactors, Open Text, DocuSign)
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR systems and processes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Italian (C1)
Exhibit cross-cultural sensitivity and business awareness
