The HR Advisor will act as a trusted partner to line managers and employees, taking ownership of employee relations matters, providing coaching and guidance to managers, and driving a proactive approach to talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers on ER issues, providing timely and pragmatic advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
  • Own the management of ER cases end-to-end, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and legal requirements
  • Coach and upskill line managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters effectively
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance improvement processes
  • Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and support development planning
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational effectiveness
  • Drive small projects and recommend continuous improvements to people policies, processes, and tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor/HR Generalist, with responsibility for employee relations casework
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and supporting line managers to improve capability in managing people matters
  • Experience coordinating performance management cycles, talent reviews, or succession planning processes
  • Track record of delivering HR projects or initiatives that improved employee engagement or streamlined processes
  • Exposure to working in multi-site or international environments
