Arrow Global Components (GC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor, with a specialization in Absenteeism management, to join our team at the Sevenum warehouse. This role is pivotal in driving HR excellence, supporting managers, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational HR support while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with departmental managers to provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, absenteeism management and coaching/training of our management
Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives
Drive communication and change management initiatives to support organizational growth
Counsel and coach managers on absenteeism issues, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
Provide recommendations to address employee-related challenges and performance concerns
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Act as a liaison with the HR Shared Services Center for payroll, benefits, and leave management
Oversee absenteeism processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data
Take ownership of key HR metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures as needed
Ensure the professional execution of corporate HR policies and programs
Share best practices and learnings across the HR network to enhance cross-functional collaboration
Partner with other HR functions to ensure seamless operations and alignment of HR practices with business needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in Absenteeism in a logistical/industrial environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
Proven ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including works councils
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
