An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join new HR team that is driven to support site strategy and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Handle administration and general queries from employees covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
Ownership of everyday transactional activity (starters/changes/leavers)
Daily attendance monitoring and communications
Overseeing the management of absence records, return to work issues and AWOL letters
To ensure all HR records are fully maintained and held in strict compliance with the GDPR, and Ethical Trading Requirements
Maintain employee databases and compile KPIs on starters, leavers, headcount and absence etc.
Update working hours when required and provide daily, weekly monthly reports to the management team and payroll
Support when required the recruitment process- issuing offer letters, contracts and ensuring that personnel files contain the appropriate signed documentation
Monitor and communicate weekly working time directive reports
Be part of site initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication
Any other responsibilities commensurate with the post

Requirements:
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Have strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Have a diplomatic, friendly and team-oriented approach
Have previous experience in an administrative position
A want to develop a HR career potentially through an apprenticeship
