We are recruiting for a part time human resources administrator on a temporary basis. With an immediate start you will need to be able to commit to the full 6 months of the contract and be available 3 days a week. Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday but there can be some flexibility for the right candidate on this. Based in Rushden, you will be working closely with the HR director and People Manager to support with the HR administrative responsibilities. Duties will include: First point of contact for internal HR queries including payroll, annual leave, sickness, grievances, return to work etc; Producing offer and contract documentation; Processing new starters, ensuring reference checks, relevant DBS checks etc are all processed and recorded; Completing right to work checks; Supporting with recruitment – posting job adverts, responding to applications, arranging interviews; Escalating any concerns to the relevant manager.
