This contract-to-permanent position involves coordinating onboarding processes, managing HR communications, and ensuring compliance in recordkeeping while contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong technical and organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience
Manage digital documentation and workflows using tools like Google Drive, DocuSign, and Adobe
Respond to HR-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Organize and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with HR regulations
Support internal communications and engagement activities, including staff events and announcements
Assist with benefits administration, providing clear information to employees as needed
Handle background checks and other pre-employment requirements
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and maintain efficiency
Utilize HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data
Contribute to the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources coordination or administration
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and HR compliance standards
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with digital tools such as DocuSign, Adobe, and Google Drive
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various software applications
