We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the employee journey — from supporting managers to create job adverts and coordinating interviews, through to ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed and welcoming new starters on their first day. You’ll help ensure our recruitment and onboarding processes are not only efficient, but fully compliant with safeguarding and legislative requirements. Alongside recruitment, you’ll manage and maintain our HR systems, keep personnel records accurate and up to date, coordinate training, and produce meaningful reports to support decision-making at senior level. You’ll also provide administrative support to HR processes such as investigations and meetings, making you a trusted and valued member of the wider team.
