Job Description:

Are you an experienced HR professional with a solid background in administrative excellence and a proven ability to manage and streamline complex HR operations? We are seeking a seasoned HR Administrator to play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Department of a leading international organization. This position calls for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring efficient and professional operations
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the HR Director by managing their calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense administration
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met and key information is documented during calls and meetings
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Manage and maintain HR databases with a focus on accuracy, generating reports, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with external vendors
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including preparing materials and ensuring smooth execution
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration for new hires
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and providing timely guidance
  • Maintain and monitor employee time-off records (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
  • Schedule team meetings, maintain the HR calendar, and provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with HR projects and other initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those with HR administrative background
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-location teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • A College or University Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in technology, with experience in HRIS systems considered a strong advantage
