Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent administrative and first line People advice and guidance to all UAL employees via a shared service model
Deliver a high quality and proactive customer service to multiple stakeholders
Manage large volume of administrative transactions
Deal with customers on HR policy and process across the employee lifecycle
Requirements:
Experienced administrator
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Good attention to detail
Strong customer focus
Demonstrable experience of working in complex organisations and a shared service function
Highly flexible approach to work
Ability to manage multiple strands of work and prioritise
Comfortable managing large volume of administrative transactions
Confident user of HR systems and office technology
