Job Description:

Join a respected healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality care and support to those in need. This part-time, temporary position plays a key role in supporting the internal recruitment team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless induction process
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including DBS and right-to-work verifications
  • Manage employee records in compliance with GDPR
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including job adverts and interview scheduling
  • Provide general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
