Temporary HR Administrator role in the education sector. Join our dynamic team for a minimum 6-week contract. Full-time position (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) starting ASAP. Play a vital role in our recruitment process and employee onboarding.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including uploading adverts on our websites and arranging assessments and interviews
Maintaining accurate records of applicants, ensuring diversity data is properly captured
Preparing shortlisting and interview packs for selection panels
Administering new employee processes, including preparing contracts and conducting pre-employment checks (DBS, references, etc.)
Supporting the induction of new employees and liaising with line managers throughout the process
Acting as the first point of contact for queries, providing professional and accurate information
Ensuring that all HR records are up to date and compliant with GDPR regulations
Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 Diploma (CIPD Level 5 is desirable)
Experience working within schools or educational settings
Proven administrative experience in a busy HR department
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and databases
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Educated to Level 3 (A Level or equivalent) or above
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5 Diploma
