HR Administrator

• Draft variation letters, probation confirmations, and training agreements
• Manage the new starter process, including issuing packs and organising office logistics
• Maintain our HRIS platforms - this includes loading PDs, recording training, and extracting monthly stats for business updates
• Coordinate the quarterly company newsletter with external media partners
• Create engaging posters and emails using Canva and manage the HR inbox
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with interview bookings, pre-employment medicals, and psychometric testing requests
• Code HR invoices and credit card transactions via SAP Concur
• Update organisational charts and manage Active Directory changes with IT
• Take the lead in organising the Sydney Christmas Party, monthly business updates, and various wellbeing events

• A minimum of 2 years in an administration or secretarial role
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Canva and Articulate (or a willingness to learn) is highly valued
• Superior time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A self-motivated approach with the drive to look for process improvements and contributing to the HR Plan

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable
