We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised professional to contribute to the success of a vertically integrated industry leader by providing essential HR support and assisting with strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the broader HR team—to deliver high-quality administration across the Australian business.
Job Responsibility:
Draft variation letters, probation confirmations, and training agreements
Manage the new starter process, including issuing packs and organising office logistics
Maintain our HRIS platforms - this includes loading PDs, recording training, and extracting monthly stats for business updates
Coordinate the quarterly company newsletter with external media partners
Create engaging posters and emails using Canva and manage the HR inbox
Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with interview bookings, pre-employment medicals, and psychometric testing requests
Code HR invoices and credit card transactions via SAP Concur
Update organisational charts and manage Active Directory changes with IT
Take the lead in organising the Sydney Christmas Party, monthly business updates, and various wellbeing events
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in an administration or secretarial role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with Canva and Articulate (or a willingness to learn) is highly valued
Superior time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
A self-motivated approach with the drive to look for process improvements and contributing to the HR Plan
Nice to have:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable
