Job Responsibility:
Prepare employment documents for new hires (contracts, orders etc.)
Scan, copy, and archive HR documents, maintaining accurate and well‑structured records
Prepare various certificates and letters for employees
Process and record employee vacations and other leave requests in accordance with internal policies
Coordinate with the accounting team, ensuring all closing documents are prepared and transferred on time
Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and paper‑based
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in a similar HR administrative or office support role
Fluent Russian and Uzbek
Confident user of Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Fast learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of HR administration and personnel record‑keeping
Experience working with Delta, 1C, or other HR/HRIS or accounting systems
