We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy Agriculture HR team at our Brackley site. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide comprehensive and professional HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees at all levels.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the Agriculture HR shared inbox and escalating queries where required
Administering weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines
Acting as a first point of contact for payroll queries, resolving or escalating as needed
Supporting managers with pay records and additional payments in MHR
Coordinating new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks and documentation
Processing absence records and updating payroll and HR systems accordingly
Liaising with HR Shared Services on employee changes and updates
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital files
Updating case management trackers and producing monthly reports
Requirements:
Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
Confident communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
