Our client, a leading name in the Media sector, is on the lookout for a proactive HR Administrator to join their vibrant team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Respond to HR-related queries from staff and managers
  • Help organise training sessions and employee events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a HR Administrator or Coordinator role
  • HR degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
