Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Respond to HR-related queries from staff and managers
Help organise training sessions and employee events
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a HR Administrator or Coordinator role
HR degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
