We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join the HR Shared Services team. The role will support the delivery of an efficient and professional HR Administration Service to employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the HRSS team to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure information is updated correctly on HR systems
Create, update and maintain employee files and HR documentation
Support with drafting and issuing HR letters including offer letters, contract changes and other employee correspondence
Assist with onboarding administration, including new starter paperwork, right to work documentation and background checks requests
Support with leaver administration, ensuring relevant documentation and system updates are completed
Respond to HR inbox queries and escalate more complex matters to the HRSS coordinators, HRSS Manager or SHRBP where required
Support with reference requests and employment confirmation letters
Ensure all HR administration is completed in line with internal processes, company policies and data protection requirements
Support with preparing and checking employee change information for payroll
Assist with payroll administration, including starters, leavers, contract changes, salary changes, allowances and deductions
Maintain payroll/HR trackers and ensure changes are recorded accurately
Update HR systems accurately and ensure employee data is maintained correctly
Support with HR reporting, dashboards and trackers as required
Ensure HR data is recorded consistently and in a timely manager
Support the team with audits, data checks and process reviews
Update HR trackers accurately and efficiently
Support the HRSS team with general administration and ad hoc tasks
Assist with meeting administration, note-taking and follow-up actions where required
Help maintain HR process documentation and guidance notes
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to make HR administration processes more efficient
Provide a professional and helpful service to employees, managers and stakeholders
