Job Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox, escalating where required
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, producing reports, and note-taking
Support employee relations meetings alongside management teams
Assist with onboarding processes, including attending inductions
Coordinate internal HR communications across the business
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times
Track and report on HR KPIs, identifying trends to support decision-making
Support absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals
Liaise with shared service teams to resolve queries efficiently
Requirements

Confident using HR systems and handling data accurately
