Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and excellence in every project we undertake. We are seeking an HR Administrator to join the team. This role will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR and administrative support for our operations in Indonesia, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with local labour regulations. This position is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as maintaining accurate HR documentation and processes. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with the Regional Manager and wider APAC team, assisting with projects and tasks as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws
Prepare and review employment contracts and HR documentation
Support hiring for technical and project roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Assist with performance management and development initiatives
Coordinate payroll data and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality
Track probation reviews, contract renewals, attendance records, and other HR indicators
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in Indonesia
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Support audits, reporting and compliance checks
Work closely with the Regional Manager (APAC) and support the Global HR team on any projects or tasks as required
Proactively report and provide updates to the Regional HR Manager (APAC)
Support project and compliance teams with any documentation required to ensure all workers are compliant, collating information
Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties
Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or generalist support role (2–4 years preferred)
Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
