HR Administrator

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, including posting job adverts and arranging interviews
• Maintain accurate records of applicants to ensure diversity and inclusion
• Administer the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts and conducting pre-employment checks
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
• Assist in maintaining the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations
• Support employee development and training administration

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences and prepare correspondence
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• CIPD Level 3 Diploma (desirable)
