Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their People Operations team by delivering high-quality administrative support across all aspects of the employee life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our progressive People Plan, ensuring that employees are at the heart of everything you do.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, including posting job adverts and arranging interviews
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants to ensure diversity and inclusion
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts and conducting pre-employment checks
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
  • Assist in maintaining the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Support employee development and training administration

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences and prepare correspondence
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • CIPD Level 3 Diploma (desirable)
