Job Responsibility

  • Support the full employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, contract changes, and terminations
  • Conduct first-stage interviews and liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people
  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, background screenings, and safer recruitment policies
  • Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR
