This position is to be filled on a full-time basis until 31.08.2027 as soon as possible. Working hours average 37.5 hours per week (163 hours per month), distributed over 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday in early, middle and late shifts.
Job Responsibility:
Support with various administrative tasks in the People & Culture area
Update personnel files
Maintain and compile personnel data
Process time recording
Assist with administrative preparation of onboarding processes
Support the introduction of new employees
Contribute to improving service mentality in People & Culture
Maintain high and uniform standards
Requirements:
First experience in administrative tasks
Proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of internal standards and legal regulations
Familiarity with data organization, storage, and maintenance
Motivated team player
Open to company culture
Ability to work independently
Desire to gain first experience in HR
Service- and solution-oriented
Organized
Ability to inspire and convey ideas
Confident and clear communication in German
Basic English skills
