Job Description:

Temporary HR Administrator role with potential to become permanent. Working for a large expanding client based in Dover, Kent with hybrid working options and flexible hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the recruitment life cycle end to end for all live vacancies
  • Advertising jobs
  • Writing job specifications
  • Monitoring job applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Arranging assessment days and assisting candidates on the day
  • Issuing reference requests
  • Organising the onboarding of all new starters
  • Conducting Right to Work checks in line with UK Government Guidelines
  • Issuing employment contracts and letters of employment
  • Managing employee files and records
  • Supporting the HR and Payroll team in taking messages, responding to emails
  • Managing and updating sickness records
  • Any other HR duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Personable and professional nature to build rapport with managers and employees
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
