Job Responsibility:
Managing the recruitment life cycle end to end for all live vacancies
Advertising jobs
Writing job specifications
Monitoring job applications and shortlisting candidates
Arranging assessment days and assisting candidates on the day
Issuing reference requests
Organising the onboarding of all new starters
Conducting Right to Work checks in line with UK Government Guidelines
Issuing employment contracts and letters of employment
Managing employee files and records
Supporting the HR and Payroll team in taking messages, responding to emails
Managing and updating sickness records
Any other HR duties as required
Requirements:
Experience in a HR role
Strong administration skills
Personable and professional nature to build rapport with managers and employees
