Job Description

Our client based in Worcester is looking for a temporary HR admin. -Worcester WR2 -£13/ph -Monday to Friday -08:30-17:00 or 08:30-16:30 -Friday early finish -Office based -3/4 months Main duties: Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers. Produce accurate employment documentation including contracts, letters, and policy correspondence. Maintain employee files and HR systems ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and GDPR compliance. Maintain training matrices and competency records for all employees. Monitor qualification expiries and proactively schedule refresher training. Liaise with managers and external training providers to arrange courses and assessments. Provide evidence and reporting to support audits, accreditations, and client compliance requirements. Liaise with external providers including training companies, occupational health, and recruitment agencies. Produce regular people metrics and compliance reports (e.g., absence, training completion, headcount). Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Prepare onboarding documentation and induction schedules. Ensure new starters meet compliance and training requirements before commencing work.
