HR Administrator role with immediate start, temporary contract for 3 months initially. Full-time onsite position in Lewes requiring car driver due to location. Responsible for transferring confidential employment data, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting HR team.
Job Responsibility:
Transferring confidential employment data into new system
Ensuring all data is up to date applying high attention to detail
Transfer contracts, right to work and other confidential documents into employee files
Running reports on HR systems to identify any gaps that have not been completed within the system and updating where required
Support in any HR email where required by the HR team for any additional support
Requirements:
Strong administrative experience
Very good accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Understand handling confidential information
Able to work as part of a team but also independently
Car driver essential
