Job Description:

Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their dynamic People Operations team. This is a fixed-term contract role running for six months, supporting onboarding, HR processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of international HR practices, proficiency with HR technology tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Global Operations Management: Be the go-to contact for employees worldwide, addressing inquiries on payroll, benefits, global mobility, and PTO
  • Employee Experience: Enhance the employee journey by managing key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives
  • HRIS Management: Optimize our HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate and efficient data management
  • Preliminary Payroll Support: Assist payroll experts with preparation and reporting tasks
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with departments like Finance, Legal, and Office Management
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure HR processes align with local and international regulations
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders to align and communicate HR initiatives effectively

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in an international (tech) environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus
