Join TUI Musement in People Services as an HR Administrator, where you'll support our posted staff working across various destinations worldwide, ensuring smooth on- and off-boarding processes whilst playing a vital role in supporting our employees and managers in destination.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare employment contracts and handle candidate inquiries
Manage contract changes for posted staff
Data maintenance in Employee Central/SAP
Handle administrative activities such as confirmations, terminations, agreements, and report preparation
Collaborate with Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, and Placement teams
Get involved in local and international HR projects
Requirements:
Communication skills in both written and spoken English
Comfortable with MS Office
Proven experience in business administration tasks
Experience with Employee Central or SAP would be advantageous
Empathy, honesty, and transparency
Nice to have:
Experience with Employee Central or SAP
