As an HR Administrator Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant employee data throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR data management, documentation, and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your future career.
Job Responsibility:
Support the maintenance and validation of employee personal data and lifecycle events in our HR systems
Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, certifications, and amendments
Perform data checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with the team to improve data quality
Contribute ideas for process enhancements and assist with system testing
Provide support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations
Requirements:
Currently finished or enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous internship or academic projects in HR or data management are a plus
Basic understanding of HR processes and data handling
Familiarity with MS Office tools
Fluent in English
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Nice to have:
