Job Description:

As an HR Administrator Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant employee data throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR data management, documentation, and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your future career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the maintenance and validation of employee personal data and lifecycle events in our HR systems
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, certifications, and amendments
  • Perform data checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with the team to improve data quality
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements and assist with system testing
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations

Requirements:

  • Currently finished or enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous internship or academic projects in HR or data management are a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and data handling
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work
