We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Support professional to assist our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop their career within HR.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientation
Process HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, and policy acknowledgments
Track employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries (telephone, email and face to face)
Assist with payroll coordination as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Arrange meetings/appointments/interviews on behalf of the HR team
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
