We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Temple, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key administrative support for the Human Resources Department, including employee relations, onboarding new hires, and timekeeping. The role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Partner with internal stakeholders on workforce structure and organizational design initiatives
Utilize an HRIS platform for employee data management, reporting, and updates
Coordinate interview scheduling and support end-to-end hiring and onboarding activities
Facilitate new hire orientation and contribute to a smooth employee onboarding experience
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolution of workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner
Prepare, maintain, and distribute standard HR reports and documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal programs aimed at strengthening workplace culture
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements
Provide general administrative support across HR functions and ongoing initiatives
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to facilitate orientations and onboarding processes for new employees
Customer service skills to address employee inquiries and concerns
Nice to have:
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
