We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our growing India team. Based in Bangalore, this role will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support to the local HR function, working closely with the HR Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day People operations as the office continues to scale. This is a junior, operational role suited to someone early in their HR or administrative career who is keen to gain exposure to a broad range of HR and office-related activities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding activities
Prepare basic HR documentation and employee letters using approved templates
Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, logs, and administrative documentation in line with internal standards
Support data collection and reporting for HR metrics as required
Support the organization and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and People-related events
Assist with logistics for internal events, including scheduling, supplies, communications, and attendance tracking
Assist with sourcing vendors and coordinating with them for HR- and office-related services
Support vendor coordination and data sharing under the guidance of HR
Help manage office supplies, including tracking stock levels and arranging reorders
Provide general administrative support linked to office operations
Maintain HR trackers, calendars, and logs
Support the HR Specialist with day-to-day administrative tasks as the team continues to grow
Assist with ad-hoc People and office-related tasks as needed
Work closely with the HR Specialist to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR operations
Support wider People Team initiatives when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
0–2 years’ experience in an HR, administrative, or coordination role (graduates welcome)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
