  • Data Integrity: responsible for the accuracy of data within Workday, performing regular HRIS audits and ensuring all files are compliant
  • Contract & Document Management: Draft employment contracts and complex amendments
  • Submit Prior Declarations of Employment (DPAE) and verify work authorizations for foreign employees

  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Process requests for meal vouchers (Titres Restaurant), transport reimbursements, and salary advances
  • Receive work stoppage certificates, verify duration, and notify payroll and Workday
  • Monitor leave balances (CP/RTT) and manage remote working anomalies
  • Student & Specific Administration: Manage the end-to-end administration for work-study programs (Alternance)
  • Enter work accident declarations in AppSheet and manage manual expense reports for leavers

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Personnel Administration position
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday experience is a strong plus)
