Job Responsibility:

  • Manage global HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding, reporting, contracts, and more
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR processes and HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR colleagues
  • Provide consistent support and advice on HR policies
  • Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update our HR knowledge base
  • Work with leading HR technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors, to deliver efficient, data-driven HR services

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience in international shared services environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and ticketing tools
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint
