In this role you will provide advisory support and drive WHS compliance, where confidentiality and relationship building are key. This role is located in Keswick with occassional CBD office days.
Job Responsibility:
Provide timely, confidential HR and WHS advice to managers and staff based on policies and relevant instruments
Payroll, recruitment, and time/attendance queries, resolving escalations with a focus on positive outcomes
Maintain spreadsheets and data to ensure accurate monthly reporting and salary projections
Oversee the HR mailbox, ensuring all correspondence is actioned within KPIs
Manage employee files with the highest level of confidentiality and standards
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Experience managing workforce data, payroll forms and record keeping systems
Identify HR issues before they escalate and implement practical solutions
Previous State Government recruitment experience is highly regarded
