Job Responsibility:
Support the full Hire‑to‑Retire process for Belgium and the Netherlands in close collaboration with local and global HR teams
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and act as a true HR Business Partner to our management team
Oversee social declarations and interactions with government agencies, health insurance, and external payroll providers
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and employee files
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR policies in coordination with Global HR and Legal
