Join Lowes Menswear’s People & Culture team and keep our HR operations running smoothly. Support two HR Managers and the Head of People across recruitment, HR systems, WHS/RTW, and Learning & Development.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate job ads, screening, interviews, checks, and offers
Maintain HR data in Dayforce
run reports and support onboarding
Track incidents/injuries and assist with RTW documentation and WHS compliance
Administer Lowes Academy LMS: enrolments, course publishing, and compliance reports
Be the friendly first response for the HR inbox and day‑to‑day queries
Requirements:
1–3+ years in HR admin/recruitment support (retail a plus)
Dayforce experience (or similar HRIS and the drive to learn)
Working knowledge of WHS and Return‑to‑Work basics
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication
