We are looking for an HR Admin to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to vital human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive experience for employees.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization
Conduct background checks and verify employment documentation in compliance with company policies
Maintain and update HR records using HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy
Support HR compliance initiatives by monitoring adherence to regulations and company standards
Assist in coordinating employee-related administrative tasks, such as benefits enrollment and policy updates
Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Provide prompt and thorough responses to employee inquiries regarding HR matters
Prepare reports and documentation related to HR metrics and activities
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information in all HR processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and relevant procedures
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionality
Understanding of HR compliance and employment regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
