We are looking for an organized HR Admin to support daily human resources operations for a contract position. This role focuses on delivering a smooth employee experience by coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with employee-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR information systems, and able to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding activities from pre-employment steps through orientation, ensuring each stage is completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain and update employee information within HR systems, keeping records complete, current, and compliant with internal standards
Support the screening process by tracking documentation, following up on outstanding items, and confirming completion before start dates
Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR processes, policies, and documentation while escalating more complex matters when needed
Assist with preparing employment forms, onboarding materials, and other HR documents required throughout the employee lifecycle
Monitor HR administrative workflows and help improve process efficiency related to onboarding and records management
Partner with internal teams to support HRIS-related tasks, including data entry, reporting, and issue resolution
Contribute to employee relations support by helping document concerns, organizing case information, and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Experience supporting administrative functions within a human resources environment
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and confidence handling employee data accurately
Familiarity with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processing, including background checks
Ability to communicate professionally with employees and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting
Understanding of employee relations support and the importance of discretion with sensitive information
Proficiency with standard office software and general HR documentation practices
