Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact with PSC and local providers to ensure compliance with local labor laws
Upload and review monthly payroll and manage the implementation and monitoring of Time & Attendance systems
Oversee all hiring, leave, and dismissal communications with third parties, including managing declarations to the ERGANI system
Manage communication with Pension and Insurance providers regarding hiring, salary increases, and claims
Maintain updated physical employee folders and lead the management of HR audits
Oversee the management of the company fleet, mobile phones, radiation badges, building maintenance, and storage locations
Partner with the company doctor and security officials for official visits
Maintain ISO 14001 provisions, including recycling activities and the proper use of equipment
Ensure high-risk employees sign Declarations of Commitment and maintain all required due diligence documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar HR role
Strong administrative and social security expertise
