Job Description:

To establish IKEA SEA as the preferred employer by attracting those who share the IKEA values, ensuring a systematic development for all co-workers, inspiring the co-workers to perform and remain with IKEA. This will support IKEA in achieving the business objectives: To be the leader in life at home; growth and sustained long-term profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Support job application process, and co-ordination of interview, etc.
support new hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and HR forms, documents etc.
setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files
issuance of staff pass and requisition of access cards
preparation of letters

Requirements:

Being passionate about people and having a strong belief in individuals’ potential
leading business through people
having the opportunity to act local within SEA framework
applying tactical and operational thinking
excel management, exam will be applied
ability to assign relevant HR solutions to business needs
good communication, negotiation and influential skills
social skills and high accessibility
