**£13.90 per hour ** Exciting and reputable public sector organisation ** Full Time Monday to Friday ** Weekly Pay and Holiday Accrual ** We are currently recruiting for 2 HR Advisers/Administrative Officers, to assist our public sector client on a temporary basis for six months, working from our clients office in Nottingham city centre. Role is fully 100% on site during training and may drop to 60% in the office depending on the needs of the business. Start Date: 1st June 2026 provisionally 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with some flexibility once training is completed. £13.90 per hour The role of HR Adviser (Administrative Officer) provides administrative support to the Service Delivery Resource Planning Team and the HR Resourcing Team to help deliver a timely, accurate and customer-focused resourcing service. The post focuses on completing routine, transactional activities such as progressing resourcing tasks, updating systems and trackers, and coordinating information between teams, managers and candidates. Duties may include but not be limited to: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Delivery Resource Planning Team and HR Resourcing Team, following agreed processes and meeting service timescales. Log, update and maintain vacancy and resourcing information (e.g., candidate details, start dates, onboarding milestones) across relevant systems and trackers, including Fusion where required. Support resource planning by reconciling data between systems, producing routine status updates/management information, and highlighting missing information or overdue actions to the appropriate colleague. Coordinate resourcing administration by sending and chasing required information, booking/arranging required activities where needed, and liaising with stakeholders (e.g., recruitment, hiring managers, IT, security and payroll) to progress pre-employment checks and new starter actions. File and retain resourcing and onboarding documentation in line with policy, information security and GDPR requirements, ensuring records are complete and easy to retrieve. Work collaboratively as part of the team to manage shared inboxes/queues, respond to routine queries, and complete adhoc administrative tasks as required. The roles are subject to 3 years referencing and a Basic DBS check We are looking for candidates who have a good eye for detail, are a team player, able to adapt to new situations and follow instruction and make effective decisions. You will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
