Job Description

As the central administrative anchor, you will oversee all governance, administrative, and operational support functions for the Johor site. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and hyper scale/enterprise clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, document control, and record-keeping for critical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs)
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and monitor vendor performance (SLAs/KPIs) for site services
  • Maintain site compliance with international standards and support external audit processes
  • Assist with annual OPEX tracking, budget planning, shift scheduling, and staff onboarding/offboarding
  • Driving operational efficiency, rigorous document control, and seamless stakeholder coordination in a 24/7 mission-critical environment
