Job Description:

As an HR Admin / HR Generalist, you will own HR administration across multiple countries (Slovakia, Swiss, Hong Kong, Gibraltar…) and support colleagues throughout their entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with Finance, Recruitment, and external partners to ensure HR processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company grows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning end-to-end HR administration, including employment contracts, changes, and terminations
  • Coordinating payroll with external providers in Slovakia, Gibraltar, and Hong Kong, including payroll inputs and validations
  • Supporting international relocations and employment setup in new and third countries
  • Managing HR-related communication with authorities in Slovakia, including taxes and health insurance
  • Acting as the first HR contact for new joiners and coordinating onboarding processes
  • Supporting the setup of payroll and HR operations for new entities in cooperation with Finance and Recruitment
