HR/Admin Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in creating job postings and advertisements
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and support the interview process
  • Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions
  • Process employee documentation, including appointment letters, contracts, benefits forms, and employee data updates
  • Support the offboarding process by conducting exit formalities and updating employee records
  • Coordinate issuance and collection of ID cards, access cards, assets, and other administrative requirements
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance management programs
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for employee-related administrative support
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and workshops
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and participant communication
  • Maintain training records and track employee training completion
  • Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters as guided by management
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and welfare activities
  • Facility Administration & General Administration: Coordinate day-to-day office administration and facility management activities
  • Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of office premises and common areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and external service vendors
  • Monitor office infrastructure, utilities, stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative consumables
  • Raise and track service requests related to electrical, plumbing, internet, and facility maintenance issues
  • Support seating arrangements, workspace allocation, and meeting room coordination
  • Maintain records related to assets, facility AMC/vendor contracts, and office administration expenses
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transport, and guest arrangements as required
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, office discipline, and administrative compliance requirements
  • Support company events, townhalls, employee engagement programs, and administrative logistics
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and workplace regulations
  • Maintain HR and administrative records required for audits and compliance reviews
  • Stay updated on HR practices, labour regulations, and administrative processes

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Candidates with 1-4 years of experience
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and Administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
