Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process by working with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, Job Postings , reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews. Handle all staff on boarding / off boarding matters including orientation of staff Maintaining employee databases and providing data for payroll processing. Maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with company policies Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, or grievances. Managing office and coordinating administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Any degree preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in a BPO Sector
  • Excellent communication in English, Tamil & Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, independent and result oriented
