Assist in the recruitment process by working with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, Job Postings , reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Any degree preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in a BPO Sector
Excellent communication in English, Tamil & Hindi
Proficient in MS Office Applications particularly Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication
Proactive, enthusiastic, independent and result oriented
