Job Responsibility

  • Create user accounts on the company’s OA system and send onboarding emails to new hires
  • Perform reference checks for potential candidates
  • Audit personnel files of new joiners to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Manage job postings across various platforms (Manage job adverts)
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: send out pre-interview tasks, schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and send rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Have or be studying towards a HR, business, administration or any other relevant degree
  • Excellent English skills(IELTS Score of 6.5 or Above)
  • Responsible and mature, able to deal with confidential personal data (in line with company policies)
  • Computer Literate, experienced in the use of Microsoft applications

Previous HR or administration experience would be beneficial
