Create user accounts on the company’s OA system and send onboarding emails to new hires
Perform reference checks for potential candidates
Audit personnel files of new joiners to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Manage job postings across various platforms (Manage job adverts)
Coordinate recruitment activities: send out pre-interview tasks, schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and send rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Have or be studying towards a HR, business, administration or any other relevant degree
Excellent English skills(IELTS Score of 6.5 or Above)
Responsible and mature, able to deal with confidential personal data (in line with company policies)
Computer Literate, experienced in the use of Microsoft applications

Previous HR or administration experience would be beneficial
