Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the partner and/or customer relationship as the primary point person at HPEFS assuming responsibility for the successful implementation of financing solutions & asset lifecycle solutions
  • Educate and train the HPE and HP and Partner sales teams on the benefits of HPEFS offerings to close multiple opportunities within an assigned customer or partner set
  • Prospect, qualify, propose and close HPEFS transactions with customers
  • Pass deal leads outside of assigned territory to appropriate HPEFS sales team
  • Use internal & external digital tools to help identify key influencers within partner accounts to help increase the HPEFS attach rates
  • Work with assigned partners and customers to identifying opportunities to position the entire HPEFS portfolio
  • Effectively use all of HPEFS digital CRM platforms (Salesforce) to actively manage open pipeline of opportunities & accurately forecast business results
  • Actively engage with all cross functional teams within the HPEFS organisation to help create a positive customer/partner experience as an end-to-end team
  • Be accountable for meeting/exceeding quota

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ sales experience, selling to Commercial accounts, achieving revenue targets
  • Channel or End user Sales experience within New Zealand or Australia highly regarded
  • Previous experience working in a Captive Finance Company or Partner Financial Services role preferred
  • Knowledge of finance industry offerings & ability to differentiate HPEFS business value from competitive offerings highly regarded
  • Previous experience in executing plans & being a trusted single point of contact for your customers
  • Able to build & maintain successful relationships with partners
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual team environments & under pressure
  • Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce.com a plus)
