Job Description:

As a HPE Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will support the completion and rollout of a high‑priority infrastructure modernisation programme. The role focuses on Morpheus automation, HPE OneView optimisation, Windows Server standardisation, and the configuration of HPE Frames and ProLiant server estates. The successful candidate will accelerate delivery of several in‑flight initiatives and introduce standardisation and automation across the platform stack. This is an urgent remote role with potential to extend.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete the Morpheus trial and lead the rollout of bare‑metal build functionality and other platform capabilities
  • Implement HPE COM OVE across Windows OS servers, including standardisation of BIOS and iLO configuration
  • Optimise and streamline existing HPE OneView environments
  • Deploy and integrate HPE Global Dashboard for unified fleet management
  • Support the Ops Ramp trial
  • Build and configure new OneView instances for OpenShift environments
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of HPE Frames and ProLiant servers in alignment with design and operational standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover into BAU operations

Requirements:

  • Strong hands‑on expertise with HPE OneView
  • Experience with ProLiant, iLO, and HPE Global Dashboard
  • Experience with bare‑metal or hybrid automation deployments (Morpheus an advantage)
  • Deep understanding of server lifecycle automation, configuration compliance, and infrastructure standardisation
  • Experience with OpsRamp, SCOM, or similar operational telemetry platforms
  • Exposure to infra supporting OpenShift or similar cluster platforms
